VHM cylinder head insert for the Honda CR500R.
This insert was designed specifically to go with the VHM cylinder head (hence does not fit the stock OEM head), and is easy to exchange. The last numbers of the part number are engraved on the insert for indentification.
This fits: the VHM cylinderhead for the 1989-2001 Honda CR500R.
Variations:
- AE32319-C (48cc): this is the VHM standard, what VHM finds works best for the CR500R and is developed for best overall performance
- AE32319-B (45cc): this insert has a lower volume / higher compression ratio (compared to the VHM standard of 48cc), meaning more low and middle range torque. This improves acceleration and gives an increased torque feeling when exiting corners. Keep in mind that this compromises top speed
- AE32319-E (51cc): this insert has a higher volume / lower compression ratio (compard to the VHM standard of 48cc), meaning better overrevolution characteristics and more top speed. Keep in mind that this compromises bottom power reaction
- AE32319-F (54cc): this insert has a higher volume / lower compression ratio (compared to the VHM standard of 48cc), meaning better overrevolution characteristics and more top speed. Keep in mind that this compromises bottom power reaction.
